1. Nature of the Service

Sylentor provides AI-assisted data analysis tools intended to support independent professionals in reviewing information, identifying patterns, and organizing research related to financial decision-making. The Service is informational and analytical in nature. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a guarantee of any outcome.

You remain solely responsible for any decisions made using outputs generated by the Service, including decisions related to capital allocation, trading, or investment activity.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Service and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to systems or data, reverse-engineering any underlying models or software, using the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent material, or using automated means to scrape or overload the platform.

Sylentor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any use that violates these Terms or that it reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Service.

4. Fees and Profit Retention

Where the Service is offered on a subscription or fee basis, applicable pricing will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, Sylentor does not take a share of profits generated through independent use of its analytical tools. Any fees paid for access to the Service are separate from, and unrelated to, outcomes achieved by the user.

All fees are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, methodology descriptions, and branding associated with the Service are the property of Sylentor or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any underlying technology, trademark, or proprietary material. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sylentor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any analysis, output, or content generated through the Service. Market data, financial information, and analytical interpretations may contain errors or delays, and Sylentor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sylentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of capital, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if Sylentor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that financial markets involve inherent risk, and that any data analysis, pattern recognition, or research support provided by the Service does not eliminate that risk. Past patterns identified through analysis do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for independently evaluating any information before acting on it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference, integrate with, or rely upon third-party data sources, platforms, or tools. Sylentor does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Suspension and Termination

Sylentor may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply after termination.

Sylentor may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices.
